It involves identifying and framing opportunities for the Medical Device as a Service (DaaS) business unit within the Aviation & Automotive industries. My work includes conducting detailed research on industries, markets, ecosystem, users and customers using appropriate methods to shape the market creation, adoption strategy with the use of suitable value propositions, business model.
